新品：船用球閥

BLÜCHER 的新型不銹鋼球閥專為船舶管道系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，適用于黑水、灰水和食物垃圾系統(tǒng)，兼容真空和重力排放應(yīng)用。由不銹鋼（316/CF8M）制成，尺寸范圍從 DN40 到 DN100（Ø40–Ø110 mm），可在 -25 °C 至 +180 °C 的溫度范圍內(nèi)操作。此外，它采用 3 片式設(shè)計(jì)，便于拆卸；采用承插端以便直接推接（無(wú)需轉(zhuǎn)接頭或法蘭）；并可選配閥門鎖閉功能以確保操作安全。在展位上，我們將展示該球閥如何集成到 BLÜCHER^® EuroPipe 系統(tǒng)中，為運(yùn)營(yíng)商和船廠提供一個(gè)來(lái)自單一供應(yīng)商的完全連貫的系統(tǒng)——減少接口、安裝復(fù)雜性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

At Marintec China 2025, we are proud to present our full range of stainless-steel pipework and drainage systems, showcasing both proven solutions and exciting new product developments designed for the marine and offshore sector. BLÜCHER has for decades been a leading global manufacturer of stainless-steel drainage systems, headquartered in Denmark and employing a skilled workforce worldwide. What we will bring to Marintec 2025

At our stand, we will showcase the BLÜCHER^® EuroPipe stainless-steel pipework system along with BLÜCHER’s maritime drainage channels and sanitary discharge systems — offering a “one-supplier” solution for shipboard pipework and drainage networks. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore sample sections, technical cut-aways, installation examples and documentation of approvals & classifications which underline BLÜCHER’s suitability for challenging marine environments.

In addition to the standard systems, we are highlighting two new product introductions from BLÜCHER which address critical maintenance, operational and cost-saving demands on board vessels:

NEW: BLÜCHER Access Pipe with Hook

The Access Pipe with Hook is engineered to simplify maintenance of vacuum toilet systems by introducing an inspection access point combined with an internal hook that catches unintended objects (for example wipes, hygiene products or debris) that would otherwise clog the vacuum discharge system. Key benefits include easy removal of trapped objects, accessible inspection and reduced downtime. It features a smooth inner surface and is designed to withstand up to 3 bar pressure and vacuum down to -0.85 bar. The installation flexibility (horizontal or vertical) is also advantageous for varied shipboard layouts. At Marintec, we’ll demonstrate how this simple, yet effective solution can significantly lower maintenance cost and risk of unscheduled downtime.

NEW: BLÜCHER Ball Valve for Marine Applications

The new stainless-steel ball valve from BLÜCHER is designed specifically for marine pipework systems, suitable for black-water, grey-water and food-waste systems, compatible with both vacuum and gravity discharge applications. Constructed from stainless steel (316/CF8M), available in sizes DN40 up to DN100 (Ø40–Ø110 mm) and able to operate in the temperature range 25 °C to +180 °C. Moreover, it features a 3-piece design for easy disassembly, spigot ends for direct push-fit jointing (eliminating the need for adaptors or flanges) and the option to lock the valve for secured operation. On the stand we will show how integration of the ball valve within the BLÜCHER^® EuroPipe system gives operators and yards a fully coherent system from one supplier — reducing interfaces, installation complexity and risk.

Selecting stainless-steel pipework and drainage systems is more than a specification box tick-off—it reflects long-term value, reliability and lifecycle performance. The Marine Profile brochure emphasises that stainless steel is 100 % recyclable, and that today’s systems are produced with up to 85 % recycled content. The design life of BLÜCHER’s marine drainage systems exceeds 50 years, meaning that for the lifetime of a vessel the system remains fit for purpose—and at end-of-life can be recycled. For shipyards and owners focused on total cost of ownership, system integrity, fire-safety and ease of maintenance, the message is clear: choose solutions that minimise risk, downtime and hidden costs.
